Crafted with meticulous detail, Cascade Plaza is a gem in the gracious mountain setting of Banff. Phase One of the $10-million project incorporated three levels of retail beneath a top floor of offices, the interior formed as a circular atrium under a central skylight that lets sunlight reach all four levels.

Phase Two added a four-storey parkade faced with residential units and ground-level retail.
