Renovations and expansion at Emily Carr Institute of Art + Design on Granville Island: infill renovations recapturing space within the lofty two-storey volumes of the school's heavy-timber buildings, and the new 6,300-square-foot Intersections Digital Studio — a federally and provincially funded facility for mixed media, visualization, digital imaging and mediated physical-virtual space, with renovations to a further 8,000 square feet of the existing building.

The office also planned The Gathering Place, a dedicated "Longhouse" enabling Indigenous students to share space, exchange ideas, research and assemble large-scale art pieces.
