A comprehensive seniors' community on a rezoned fifteen-acre site in Langley, built around the idea of aging in place. Phase One's 125 units range from rental suites to top-floor condominiums and a licensed care floor, gathered around a heavily landscaped central courtyard — a protected garden of paths, sitting areas and a central gazebo. Amenities include a commercial kitchen, main and private dining rooms, billiard room, lounges on every floor, and a large roof garden with greenhouse and raised planters.

Phase Two added 92 suites in a more urban block, with clinics and medical services at grade, an assisted-living floor served by its own dining room and fireplace lounge, and a two-storey bridge lounge connecting back to Phase One for all-weather access.
