The studio's own offices in The Landing, the renovated Gastown warehouse — recipient of an Interior Design Institute of BC Award in 1989.

Workstations occupy the north side, beside spectacular views to the North Shore; the principal's office and conference room sit on the interior behind glazed partitions that borrow the light. Mouldings and trim are exposed edge-grain fir, set against the rough finish of the original heavy timber and brickwork, both left exposed. A working fireplace by the workstations, on a diagonal axis from reception, gathers a small seating group for informal meetings.
