Winner of a Georgie Award in 1997, Tsatsu Shores is a staged development on oceanfront Tsawwassen First Nation lands — a cooperative effort between the First Nation and a local developer.

The master plan provides 300 waterfront condominiums looking onto the Strait of Georgia, together with a 400-boat marina; Phase One was completed in 1997.
