Master planning and phased development of a film-studio complex on a 23-acre light-industrial site in East Vancouver — twenty million dollars of work over two phases, built without interrupting the studios' operations.

Over six years the campus grew to ten sound stages of 15,000 to 18,000 square feet with ancillary production services, its site servicing rebuilt with underground data- and power-ways for the film industry's demands. A proposed flagship Studio 'D' was designed to provide the largest column-free studio footprint in Western Canada.
